What types of property can you clean the gutters of?
We clean the gutters of both homes and businesses. We have all the equipment we need (ladders, cherry pickers and extendible vacuums) to reach the gutters, regardless of the height of the property.
I can't see what's in my gutters so how do I know if they need to be cleaned?
It is advisable to have you gutters cleaned once a year, although if you live in an area surrounded by trees you may need to have you gutters cleaned more frequently. If your gutters are very blocked they will start to overflow when it rains. You should also look out for grass, leaves and debris sticking out from your gutters. If your gutter gutter brackets have broken and your gutters have come away from the property they are likely to be blocked. Also look out for rusting or rotting gutters as we can replace your gutters completed if required. If you are in any doubt as to the nature of the problem just ask our advice.
I live in a terraced house, is it worth getting my gutters cleaned if my neighbour isn’t?
Yes. If the gutters covering your part of the building are blocked they will overflow onto your walls, which could damage your property. We will also cleaning out your down pipes which obviously directly affect your property and not your neighbour's. If your neighbour or neighbours are also interested in having their gutters cleaned by us then we can offer a discounted rate.
How long will it take to clean my gutters and how much will it cost?
The length of time it takes depends on the size and condition of your gutters. However, if you let us know the type of property it is we will be able to give you an estimate over the phone or via email. Once we start a job we will honour any estimate given.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance, which is required by law, and we have our own Health and Safety Policy. Both are available for inspection on request.
Do I need to be home when you work on my property?
No. As long as we can gain access to the rear of the property we are happy to leave an invoice for the work done and you have up to 14 days to send the payment on to us.
What are your working hours?
Our phone lines are open from 8am until 8pm, 7 days a week. Weather and daylight permitting, we are happy to clean your gutters any day within these times.
